Fearsome B*****d

Fearsome B*****d

A Poem by Rose Downing
"

After one particularlly bad morning, I made my way to the library and wrote this poem on their typewriter.

"
Today the world is a fearsome b*****d. too treacherous to tread, to painful to say here.
Walk backwards trough a minefield in a haze all too real.
I want to paint the world the color of some sad poem and fall like a tear onto your lips.
It's normal and sappy and beautiful,
But how you can rip me to shreds.
A heart extinguished and tattered
Please genitally breath my name again.
