Led up to this very moment

 Crystal chandeliers

Cut through the deep darkness

That has covered my eyes
And stained my brain for years

I can finally see through broken pupils

I can finally get to your heart

Where it has been trapped

And held hostage by your cold chest

Take my breath if you must
I will fill it with warmth

So when the frost meets dawn

Your heart will meet mine

And the ice you carry

I will melt with my love

It will become the blood in my body

That makes my heart beat again

Solely for this moment

Solely for one last moment

Together with you
