Two in the Morning

Two in the Morning

A Poem by Orahemae December
"

this is a very sad poem written for one of my friends.

"

Two in the morning,

Tear on my cheeks,

 Awaken from my horrid dreams.

He's there holding me

Ever so close,

my comfort bubble returning.

Why do I do this,

 Night anfter night,

Hurting me every single time.

For wishing him there,

I pay the price,

By carving a deeper hole still.

Over between us,

Killing me sweet,

 My heart just doesn't understant.

When he said goodbye,

My heart beat stopped,

Then raced hopelessly after him.

So night after night,

My wishing heart

Dreams the wonders that meade me cry.

Two in the morning,

Tears on my cheeks,

I roll over and try to sleep.
