Oblivion

Oblivion

A Poem by Owlette

A lantern bellows in the night, smothered by the overcast of your very own damnation

hovering above the eternal flavors of everlasting hope.

Your courage tastes cheap

so does my forgiveness.

Seize the love to which you have conveyed,

for I will forever mend your gambled losses.

you set the word oblivion in the lines of this verse:

Seize the love to which you have conveyed,
for I will forever mend your gambled losses.

and with those words there is no turning back...
