This is a collage poem for my creative writing class, it's supposed to be a mixture of a dream and a memory

COLLAGE POEM

 

Oh sweet nothings, listen to the cries of my silent screams

never really aware of the pain in my agony

listen, can you hear it?

There are no cries for help, just silence

Don't you worry my dear, death is holding onto you

Oh my sweet nothing, can you tell that i am trying

staying alive is very hard to do

red stains on the white tile floor

No one is here, no one is near

you're alone at last in your mild insanity

You must feel so free

 

Help me, i'm falling, help me im crying, help me i'm dying

Thrashing and gnashing, and the grinding of the teeth

Sweating and dreading, and the the heavy screams

the tears of a nightmare are nothing less than a cry for help

Help me help me, i need you my dear
