The Space BetweenA Poem by John Alexander McFadyenThe Space Between I fear death more than dying. Dying only happens once, whereas death goes on for a long time. “To infinity and beyond!” “Are you Toying with me?” I hear you ask “What me joke about my own demise? Well.. maybe just a little.” I have no God and am making peace with myself. Peace enough to comprehend that death is a fact, a stone cold certainty. So I’d rather fill the space between with poetry. 26/08/12 © 2012 John Alexander McFadyenReviews
