Tears of Separation

Dry your tears

is all i can say

those little pearls 

trickling down away

save em

for the coming days

when you'll miss

the long years

so quickly

who passed away.

or I'll weep too

watching you cry

my sentiments

will too, break free.

Dry your tears

is all i can say

to cry for the time

we laughed together

to laugh at the time

we sobbed for hours

together we created memories

preserve them forever

as we part.

i wrote all these poems about 10 years ago when i was in a dark place.
