Writer’s Block

I want to write a poem

To say I’m thankful just to know him.

But the words just won’t come out right.

Trying to articulate

That our love has to be MORE than fate

Yet and still I don’t know what to say.

It’s kind of hard to express

How I melt with his gentle caress

And the way he holds me so tight.

I’m Tongue-tied trying to speak

And just the sight of him makes me weak

No one else can make me feel this way.

I wanna write a poem
