Beginning Love

Beginning Love

A Chapter by Peter

she shines like a star
she's seen from afar
glistening like the moon
flickering, coming so soon
i must tell her that she
has the prettiest eyes
and not one word
is a lie

------------------------------

she makes me stare
always trying to compare
i think she is unaware
of the way we see her
most beautiful girl
and when she laughs
i know that i must
keep her happy by any means
rather keep her by any means

------------------------------

worries about yesterday
but can't think about today
i don't care what you say
my choices are now a good way
and so you say i wrong
but you haven't known me too long
how can you judge me?
only my love can see
all my honesty

------------------------------

she leaves an imprint
sits studying
is us just a figment
of my imagining?
gorgeous beyond belief
waiting for what?
and like an evening thief
she has stolen my heart

------------------------------

as time goes on
i think about you
more and more
my heart begins to sink

you fill my mind
like blood in my veins
you drive me insane
with soft touches

from dusk to noon
my heart reminds me
that i must have you soon

------------------------------
