Posession

Are we all just possessions?

Take a look at it all
is it a waste of time
or a sign of adoration?

Come on say it
one more time
since the cries were ignored
the first time over

And this really isn't sustainable
but blood will still be shed
and hate may still rule
but a point shall be taken
for the new day that rises
