Morning wonders

Morning wonders

Early morning birds chirp a dancing tune while the bright, golden sun shines astonishingly through the box-shaped window as I gently pull the soft silk blue curtains open to see my muscular four year old bulldog sleeping away in its heated barn- like dog house.

The sweet aroma of coffee causes a satisfying smile creep upon my face, for a feeling that it is going to be a wonderful day. Coffee in hand, still dressed in my favorite PJ's with the cute bunny designs and fluffy bunny slippers, I walk out onto the freshly oak--stained deck and smell the fresh hypotizing morning air. Breathing breaths so deep, it feels as though I'm cleansing my lungs of the harsh pollutants, and rejuvenating my body to feel as though nothing could go wrong. Everything is perfect. Just then that sleeping "monster" awakens and decides to come and give me a big slobbery wet kiss!

Breaking the peaceful stillness, it is time for me and my lovely friend to go inside. As I ponder what the rest of tgw day may bring, I shut the door with a satisfying, peaceful smile on my face.
