Undone

Undone

A Poem by piccolabeth

Undoing the rhyme and the hard-earned time,
Poetry flows in bows -
Painting tails of yesterday
And tears upon my toes.

Untying the dreams and the hopes in between,
Smiles turn to sin -
Leaving shards of solid bone
To grow hard against my skin.

Should I give in?
