Ink red pond

Ink red pond

A Poem by B

Small pond ripples curved voice
Beauty settles in dusty green

A dark spark sun the edgy horizon
Deep yellow waves in defensive tide

Soft words spoken in chime like pipes
Risen empire of angels collide

The sky rained in purple dots
Enshrining crowns of the earth

A dress of transparent sentiment
Loudly thunders in hover enchantress

A Jungle of tree like form
Upon story lines written in rose

A flower banks this river in silence
Counting letters yearning it's throne

Kingdoms built on the outskirts of reality
A city of lilac blue scene

Tender is the wind's brush of fur
Crystal reflections on still waters

Feeding souls of mercy upon shelter
Young eyes look into a vessel of hope

Crossing the lanterns of Mr. George
Eager to nature made by the hands of God

Amazing use of description. You create places and visions for the reader. The lines told and asked questions. A very good ending to the outstanding poetry.

Another superb write of imagery taking the reader to places that you want us to observe. A nice write very similar to Serendipity and Poetry World ,both outstanding contributors on their writings on WC. I wonder if I am right??????

Nice take on this one :)
Beautiful flowing piece, ethereal almost! There is an abstractness about this but the images present with such clarity. I agree with Jacobs take....the earth being pure and unspoiled. Very nice piece. Regards Rach

Thanks Rach :)
i really like this...to me...it is that great imagination of the earth without us on it...we destroy, we clutter...but nature in its purest form...parts engaging with others...everything pure, everything real, everything beautiful...
what have we done?
