The images we make

The images we make

A Poem by B

Image result for surreal art

Of all the ghosts that walk our hearts
We build images ever so large

Of faint colors and vivid thought
Seeing too much than there is to see

Expecting the worst out of a growing tree
The barks are howling instead of standing still

To see the leaves as cutting truth
Instead of beauty reflecting light

Of falling petals we make a threat
While all along it was simply a count of thread

To be in peace with a world so vast
We see the beauty we seek we spend

Of all the images we could make
Lets hope for only that of good will

The dissolution of the idea of ever being fake
The key to art is shadowing something ugly

With colors smart enough to see that spark

For living around the idea of beauty
Only comes from intelligent will

Never the production of dumbfounded thought

Thank you Andrew
lovely! :) I really like the part
"Dessoluting the idea of ever being fake
The key to art is shadowing something ugly"
but did you mean to spell 'dessoluting' as 'desolating'
besides that great poem!!!
