Unlike a Star

Unlike a Star

A Poem by B

Relic filled soul
Some years of gold

Guiltless loving hands
Found paving a glow

Turning another petal
Leaning into a dance

Often touching glass
Lost without a halo

Crystal blues to brown
Softly sings to land

A handle of time
Lively tune

Born out of the hundredth star
Seamlinglessly seen too proud

A forgotten whistle
A resonating truth

Innocently born of life
Clouded up in skies

Sworn to an old stone
Joyous in form

Tender be lady like kind
Caring through night

i knew someone this poem reflects...an ex, a dancer...a good soul, born innocent but with a rough life that clouded her existence...
but there was such joy in her expression when she danced...she lit up on stage...
she was the resonating truth of a survivor.
this write hit me....
