Mirror, mirror on the wall

Mirror, mirror on the wall

A Poem by Pixals

Mirror, mirror
On the wall
Tell me what's behind these eyes
And please don't stall

Perhaps I am crazy
Or maybe just a bore
Glazed and tired eyes look back at me
All I can think is "No more, no more"

Why can't this nightmare pass
Just like the rest of them all?
I'm tired of trying
To amend my poor sores

I'm such a fool
Too languid to pursue the core of my strife
Disparaging myself habitually
Essentially disposing of the elixir of life

You're grotesque, my dear
Yes, much too flawed
Try wearing a thong
Or go take a hike and live with the fawns

Mirror, mirror
On the wall
Please halt this habit
Once and for all!
