Soul Mate

A perception of calm waters with adjoining sands

Palm tree shadows, together we're holding hands

Embracing our passions, a deep desire to be as one

Sitting closely together watching the setting sun.

Our hearts embraced in a love that withstands time

The feelings and compassion, the sweetest rhyme

The world together wrapped solid around our being

Two people, two lovers the ultimate in our feeling

Sharing the sunsets together without any worry

Disregarded moments of outside issues, no hurry

Functioning as one, withstanding the bad weather

Living life happy, expressing a bond together

No bombs, no threats can separate the two hearts

A kingdom our own where devotion never parts

This my friends is a truest of the soul mates

Love as the foundation and a life it creates.

"The world together wrapped solid around our being"- for some reason I really like this line, it seemed the most unique and I feel its a very good indicator of love and soulmates.
