Magnificently Mine

 

O the precious thought,

That Thy grace can be attained.

How rich Thy love,

Its depth I could never explain.

 

For to understand all Thy faucets

Is too lofty for my limited mind.

Thy ways are past finding out, but this I know,

Thou art magnificently mine.

 

Creator of heaven and earth,

Came to give His life for me.

A connection was made

So I could commune with Thee.

Paying the price,

Thou closed the divide.

Because of Thy love,

Thou art magnificently mine.

 

A lowly soul as I,

Can touch the heart of God.

How marvelous the thought!

How protective Thy staff and rod!

I’m stilled at Thy Presence,

Holy Spirit, friend of mine.

Greater still is the fact…

You’ve made me magnificently Thine!
