The King and Me

 

How is it possible?

That the Lord of heaven…

The God of the universe

Loves tiny me.

 

I know He does.

I feel Him in the still.

He knows my heart.

He feels my pain and instills.

 

He instills joy to my heart,

And gives inner peace.

In sweet communion…

The King and Me.

 

A dance of two

As I praise Jesus’s Name.

Holding on to my hand

Since my heart to Him I gave.

 

O how I love my Savior,

Sharing my life complete.

We’re in this together…

The King and me.
