"Joyful Eyes"

Where does all the time go...

I stop and wonder why?

Another year come and gone...

how the days fly by.

Wasn't it just yesterday

When I kissed my first girl.

Ah...the joy of youth...

a young boy and his world.

Welcome to the real world

I thought I heard them say.

Things were so much simpler

way back in the day.

No regrets for this man

for I am happy and so free.

I still look through joyful eyes

of that little boy in me.
