"My Old Friend Jack"

"My Old Friend Jack"

A Poem by Night

"My Old friend Jack"...a dark limerick by Night.2012

italian dirty narrow alley at night - dark decadent street in the old town Stock Photo - 10602825

I've come to see my old friend Jack...

clever boy is he.

Prim and proper, for he's a doctor

in high society.

It's been so long since I've walked

these streets of cobblestone.

Beware the Ripper, you night time nipper

and don't be caught alone.

I've come to see my old friend Jack...

clever boy is he.

Thank you and may God bless...Night.2012

...thank you my friend.:)
i like this poem...and am fascinated by Jack the Ripper...as are my students...i have them do a research paper on Jack the Ripper...defending different notions as to who the real Ripper was...or if it was the Masons protecting the prince etc.

very interesting character, but as you said, quite dark.
