A Poem by Night

In ancient times there was a place

more beautiful than the sun

They said that you could live forever

a child forever young.

So to this place I must journey

to find my destiny

To live a life eternal

forever young and free.

My only wish, to leave this place

for there is no sun to rise

Only stars and endless nights...

Xanadus disguise.

The title caught my eye cause I love the movie by that name. That sounds like heaven on Earth to me. I am on board to go.
