Empty Philosophy / Why?

Empty Philosophy / Why?

Just waking up

The one who woke up
Not sure how long having slept, left for blind
Another member in flotsam
One of those, drone in drowning depths
Insignificant as all the rest
Walking casualties
Corpse
Sheep

T**d
Litter in gutter river
Minutia
Lead down underground
Sewer of a life, unnoticed
Toward dark downward forgotten

No wonder newborns wail
Screaming

To wake to such clamorous
Wilderness
Towers of Babel we erect crumbling
Upon our infant heads

Just waking to the neglect
Having sudden and blinded
By the bitter truth
Better than the sweetest lies

Eyes can not deny all this living felt
Cannot ignore it
Open eyes
When life is measured by
The tears cried

The miserable in oceans
No one able to swim or willing to try

Betterment

The PLUR

Still a cast of fares
An understudy in the divine comedy

Yet
We keep our eyes closed
Reaching for the sky,
Screaming for heaven -- promises upon promises
our demise

Living dead all the while
In the matrix
And I ask why?

Just one who woke up....
Demanding justice

As days bleed to nights
