Morning Pose

Morning Pose

A Poem by Butch Decatoria

bewildered

by your kenetic touch

lips that lift and drift

and drench me in remedy

bewildered

through your fingers

and stable sable skins

that speaks symphonies

on my neglect

a reflection

i can't regret

through your fingers

how much

do i need you

your succor--your mesh

your pollution of my flesh

your eyes, a poison

that administers relief

your smile and embrace

uplifting all grief

how much

i have come to love you

and our morning pose

man-handled beautifully

your baldness, your nose

i adore

your boxers, your a*s

even the scars

your candles and flowers

your glow-in-the-dark ceiling stars

everything that is pleasing

will remind me of you,

every color of your laugh

everything that is good

close i have come to love you

and our morning pose...

Beautiful ode filled with love. Especially like the idea of "every color of your laugh." Nicely done. :-)
