Fireflies

Just a romantic poem

Here we are dancing in the night
The only glow from the fireflies
They could go anywhere as they fly through the sky
But they stick around to illuminate us
To abate the dark and shine on our lust
I've put my trust in them to stay forever
Not just tonight, but as long as we are together
Although soon, it'll get late and they will begin to fade
Their light will be lost in the mornings rays
But the memories we've made will never be shut away
And when the days end and the moon comes around again
Only then will we dance in the light
Made by the thousands of fireflies
The ones who saved our lives, filled us with laughter
The ones that for years to come, will give us a happily ever after

the last two lines --- seal this verse...
the usage of fireflies...in a different spectrum...
of things --- I do like the scenery you project...
