Alien

Tongue in cheek poem

"
THE ALIEN
The alien approached but didn’t say ,
“Take me to your leader “,
Instead it said “bloody hell ,that asteroid ride was hard ,
A right bleader !”
Imagine my surprise as this was said in a Welsh voice ,
“Welsh born and bread,” it says ,”hatched here after my folks crashed here so had no choice !”.
I asked what it wanted and it said it had been to see the man in the moon ,
But that it’s ship had run out of proton juice ,hence the asteroid ride to get here so soon.
I asked if it had family here ,
And yes it had , ten bisexual twins it said with joy and cheer.
I asked if it was into politics and who got it’s vote ,?
“The monster raving loony party of course ! “It said showing me the badge lazered into its molecular coat .
So ,did it get any racial abuse i wanted to know ?,
“yes “ it said , “ keep getting told ant and Dec want to cut me open “ ,wherever I go !
Well this has been interesting but i said i had to go ,
The alien asked ,”was i into interracial marriage “ it wanted to know ?.
I hurriedly said no , that i was a happily married man ,
To which it replied “ well if you change your mind come and see me over in my hover van .!.
Well i climber back into one of the solar cars ,
Thankfully on my way ,i should have know it would be weird on my day trip to Mars !!!.

Note :
“Monster raving looney party “ is a fringe British political party .
“ant and Dec “ are a comedy duo who did a spoof alien autopsy some years ago .
