Forever.

Forever.

A Poem by Savanna Lee
"

I need to sleep more...

"
She is tired and
bent with the weight
of a broken heart, dragging her into
the chasm.

He sees her fall and is torn,
inside and out and he's
falling apart as he watches
her rip at the seams.

She cries out and tries
with her last breath to grip,
but the blood just smears,
and she is lost.

He screams, raging against the very
mountains and winds and
he longs to see her
face just one more time.

The world collapses and he
prays she'll understand
his four silent words-

I love you forever.
