Where am I?

I don't know where I am anymore
Where is this place?
Who would want to live here?
Who would choose to suffer?
This strange place, we don't even have a choice we are just dragged in against our will
Where is this place?
Is it a book?
Can I skip to the final chapter?
Do I close the cover, eyes closed and throw it all away?
Where am I?
Is there a map to come find me?
Or am I lost forever in this place with no guidance, without hope, without a care in the world?
Now that I am lost and gone will anyone care to find me?
Will I be missed?
Will anyone think twice about me?
Or am I gone "dust in the wind" like many before me?
I don't where I am, I'm lost.

This makes me feel as if I am lost at sea. Searching for a way out but also too afraid to leave or do anything. Questioning the very steps that lead me to that moment. The sea can be related to the mind. Near endless but so close to home. A few hiccups and missed words but nothing that proof reading can't fix. Good work. I hope to see more from you.
