My Depression and Anxiety!

This was my depression and how I expressed it in my writing but hey! I'm Great now and also moving forward! If anyone's going through anything like this just know thing's take time and be positive! :)

Demonized dark times alone,

Long sleepless nights tossing and turning, Up and down.

Your getting chased by something all the time but you can't get away.

Dark shadow! Why are you following me? Hunting me down!

I really don't understand. So anxious to do anything,

So afraid of trying and possibly messing up.

Is this how people are supposed to live!?

Makes me want to hide; Depression just sitting waiting for me in the dark.

Wanting to slit your wrists and soak in your own blood!

There's a point in everyone's hard, dark, miserable, tiring, time where they just want to give up everything!

In those times, no one should be alone!!
