Aren't we all......evil?

What makes a man evil?

We're told that an evil man takes what he wants without regard for others. We call this Greed

That an evil man gives into his desires, no matter how deep. We call this Lust

That an evil man is jealous of his comrades and wants to be them. We call this Envy

That an evil man becomes enraged and lashes out and hurts the ones he loves. We call this Wrath

Than an evil man indulges in food and drink while others starve around him. We call this Gluttony 

That an evil man thinks highly of himself, higher than a king. We call this Pride

That an evil man chooses not to work the daily grind simply because he doesn't have too. We call this Sloth

We were raised to see these things as evil and are acts that we shall never commit

Yet, we commit these acts without knowing them

Greed is taking what you want, if one does not have any Greed, one does not have Ambition

Lust is giving into desire, if one does not have any Lust, one does not Love

Envy is jealousy, if one does not have any Envy, one does not grow and strive to Be

Wrath is giving into your anger, if one does not have any Anger, one can not protect the one's they Love

Gluttony is over indulgence, if one does not have any Glutton, they can may never know Happiness

Pride is thinking that one is about the rest, if one does not have any Pride, one cannot hold their head up High

Sloth is laziness and inaction, if one did not have Sloth, one could not know Rest

If you take a step back, and see the bigger picture

We are all evil.
