Melancholic Excursion

Melancholic Excursion

A Poem by Proktos
"

Vent poetry I wrote.

"

Here are some poems that I made during a depressed state in my life. I needed to vent, so I created these. Sorry if you cry, but I suppose that'd be a good thing? Some people just need to cry.

Poem 1:

In this world of sin,
I don't know where I am anymore.
I don't know who I am.
I don't know what to do.
Constant thoughts of suicide, murder, and love.
Constant fear, lying, and misery.
How can anyone love me? Why does anyone care?
Would it matter if I wasn't here?
It's time to find out.

Poem 2:

When I see these people
My friends
The ones that suffer in life
The tormented ones
The silent ones
The ones whose voices fall upon deaf ears
And the ones that have no voice at all
I only want to help
I give them my best
But they dont always listen
Or it's not enough
And then it's too late; they're gone.

More poems to come if I ever write any more.
