Trapped

Trapped

A Poem by Psychotoxin

Trapped

Sunshine through tainted glass,
Vision of beauty, twisted and crass.
Inhale the smell of gasoline,
Hear the sounds of machinery.

Starlight through steel bars,
As they man the oars.
Swallow your regret,
Washed by their sweat.

Daylight through a photo frame,
That is all you will gain.
Standing high above
The ones you loved.

Psychotoxin
One of my poems, not the best one, but i somehow like the feeling this one radiates.
