A Tough Call

Confused and lost

Puzzled and torn

Aware of the cost

My mind is worn

 

Exhausted of thought

Don’t know what to do

A solution is sought

But what? I got no clue

 

Ideas cramming my head

Asphyxiating it

Filled from A to Z

They barely fit

 

Do it or not?

Go all the way?

If yes, there’s a but

If no, there’s a may

 

“What if ?” is the question

Always coming to mind

Can’t make a decision

Thinking as if running blind

 

I’m too perplexed

Yet, I have to focus

Thought my feelings are mixed

I need to tell the good from the bogus
