moments

A Poem by Kat Leila

I long for the moment when moments come easily.
Where coffee isn't a peace offering in the morning, for good sex enjoyed too fast.
Moments when whispers aren't about the plumpness of my breast, and the softness of my things,
where whispers have meaning and are rooted in love.
These moments that I wait for;
how sweet they seem to me,
as they hide on the horizon of reality.
I crave these moments and how they will fill me with warmth.
The moments of kisses and hand holding.
For now my memory is full of moments, thinking of moments.

You've got a pretty beautiful poetic voice and tone. Kinda has a Jill Scott feel to this. I dig your style.
