A Poem by Hubert Bundy
"

Sitting on an overrun Florida beach, watching the pier.

"
Man vs nature, intelligence vs omniscience. We extend an arm of wood and metal outright into the sea, against the waves pushed by the grey satellite above us. As we exert the enormous force of evolution and nature against our creator itself, eventually, oh eventually we will over stay our welcome. And in the end the omniscient, with out the need for thought, or intelligence will over take us in a display of the power nature has to sway us. And in the end the great arm will again fall back into the sea. Eventually.
