GOOD BYE MY HEART

GOOD BYE MY HEART

A Poem by Blue Sky
"

I wrote this back in 2006 at the end of that school year when I was leaving my Grade 3 students of Wapanok Community school in Thompson, MB just so I can come and work here in The Pas, Manitoba.

"
Sweet are the effulgences
That move all my reveries,
Oh, but my child, my heart,
A picture of you, I've hung
Upon the walls of my heart.

Thirty two arms, 160 fingers
Reach out to embrace me,
and my heart has plastered
Sixteen sweet visages upon
the walls of my lapis memory.

The panes of my heart gently
Weep, a tear I quietly shed
While you look away that flit
Through the glass where my
Heart dotingly peers through.

The arms of sequence soon
Dissent me, to leave you all
That churns my heart to grief,
I turn away, so you'll not see
the tears as they quietly seep.

I can't help but think about how eternal and natural the flow becomes in light of the memory that will shine a little each time it surfaces. touching work ^_^ it's brilliantly rendered and worded.

I feel that this poem doesn't need to be spliced with those SAT words.

I feel there is more emotion hiding in there behind the words and phrases that I've seen before.
