Perfectionism

A Story by Radhika

Juggling between what is perfect and what is not.

"

I saw him again. I saw him almost everyday. Sometimes in black, in blue, in brown. He looks good in every color. When his hair are trimmed, cropped or long. When he wears shades or glasses. He is perfect but if he is perfect he must be god and if he is god he must be truthful, believer, honest, kindest….. But he is none. But he is perfect. I wonder what is Being perfect.? Is perfect is being right all the time or not being wrong all the time.? I may be playing with words but not with the deep meaning hidden which we often overlooked. Nonetheless, I saw him again. This time in purple shirt and light brown trouser and cropped hair. His face had a glitter of joy and his eyes were sparkling with excitement. He was with his gang of boys and were playing with the tiny blue pen in his hand. Even the normal pen looked so perfect. That was him. He did not needed a spotlight he was the one. As a routine I kept staring him thinking am I perfect for him.? Do I even worth of staring at him.? Yes I do or No I don’t. A girl perfect in studies is so confused in the Love-stare relationship. Am I perfect.? If I was then my love story would have like Love-both-side relationship which was counted in being perfect. Ohh.! this perfect word is killing me. I m getting unconscious, numb or whatever. I don’t even know the perfect word for my feeling. OK cool.! Nothing is perfect, not me, nor my love, nor my words and anything in this universe. Then why did we added the word perfect in our dictionary which even do not exist in our daily life. Why we die and work hard our whole life for being that one word.?

My blog was not an answer to any question but it is an question itself.

Have I been successful in writing a perfect piece of article..??
