Forever

one of my first ones! not my favorite but some feedback would be great! Written November 15, 2012

I look to the west no one is there

I look to the east no one is there

I look to the south no one is there

I look to the north no one is there

 

So I give up

Fall down

But when I look up

I see your face

In the night sky

Kissing me goodbye

Till I see you everyday

So crystal clear

That it hurts my mind

But until then

 

I can't give up

I stay strong in your word

Stay strong in my faith

That you love me.

I really like how in this poem you use a sense of direction in the begining while you are searching and how it goes from north to south then to up and down and the sense of being lost and hopelessness to the end and how there is a sudden reassurance ... overall its a very beautiful poem
