Something Going Wrong

Something Going Wrong

A Poem by Rasi Rana
"

I have written these lines for today's generation (mine too ;) )

"

Why so?

Why so much make up?

just to get attention or anything else?

if else

then what else?

On your money or parents?

hard earned or stolen?

Why you want attention?

Just to get a girl or a boy?

if so

then later you'll just cry

you may not know but you are living a fake life

you earn trust just for some lust

why so?

why so naked?

just to get attention or something else?

If else

then what else?

to sell yours/yourself or others too?

If you are on your hard earned money

then its ok

else......

If you got God's gift

then its good

But don't be so proudy

its just beauty

will tarnish and vanish

don't be so high

'cause after that you won't get a real sigh

spend on it

but don't waste on it

if so then you are living a fake life

and at the end you'll just cry

"Spend on it but don't waste on it." Oh, how often we confuse the two!

I understand your lamentations for they are the same as mine. Nice work.
