A Warriors Memory

A Warriors Memory

A Poem by Dale

Trapped within....

Violent dreams of Evermore.....

Crash, Bang, Boom

Anger enthralled.....

Sometimes I need my Vice....

Desperation in my voice.....

Struggling, crawling, wanting, hungering....

Such poison is my circle.....

I declared war on my own mind.....

My own Salvation, My own Life.....

Evil was in my deeds....

Changing who I was....

Needing clarity.....

Pain, Anger such lucid dreams....

Blood on the hands, On the mind, tainting the Soul...

Rotting this once lived upon life.....

I am a Patriot, I am a Warrior, I am forever lost.....

Such destruction I have seen.....

Angered Youth was I.....

Now battered old man am I.....

Fight, Kill..... Mayhem

For what worthy cause?

Innocence lost...... Taken for the sake of Freedom.

Controlled by the puppet masters above......

To die Honorably, To die for Justice, To Die for the People, To die For The USA....

Why Do I live? When my Soldiers Fall....

Widows grieve for their loss....

Letters written in such grief.....

Unmarked graves, Coffins stray down the street......

We are not Victims by design......

We are entertainment of a disease.....

Death has many faces.....

Dear Mrs..... I am here to write

How trite these letters had been....

Young Johnny fought as a true hero....

Pathetic Memory.....

Wanting, needing Salvation....

Dark are my wings....

Shade in ash..... shade in madness..... shade in Evermore.....

When is My Freedom?

No where, I am warrior.....

My only peace is a bullet with my name on it......

My only salvation is the Loaded flame....

Rage......is but thy bed fellow....

Dug deeply within my grave.....

For I have the Warrior's Memory......
