Farewell

I spin,

I drown,

I tremble,

I fall down to my knees,

I ball,

I can no longer see,no longer mumble.

My life, my day,my today is full of trouble.

Why do I bother?Why do I try?

Why don't I end it all,

Not even say goodbye?

I spend too much time,attempting to cry,

But I can't..

Emotions bottled up from pain throughout all the years,

My tears,make my eyes become an hidden ocean.

No one sees or feels the commotion.

I hide my tears in my pillow,

I am a weeping willow.

I feel so much sorrow,

Will there be a tomorrow?

Please tell me.

I feel as alone,as alone as I could possibly be.

Just promise me,

that you won't leave me.

Don't be like the rest,

Here is my life.

Here is my last and final test.

Farewell, my friend.

I will see you,

hopefully before the end.

A lot of emotion in the poem. The description was filled with sadness and the desire to give up. Easy to walk the line where we can fall into a bad place. Better to find a place you belong and are content. I did like the ending. People do say goodbye and give their their value items away before they escape to a better place? It's hard saying goodbye to a friend.

If one is not comfortable within oneself, then one can't be truly there with the other half/partner.. I feel I get this from you. Be open, who you wish to be, don't let your knee's drag you down. Look inside for the power to be, reach for it, and grasp it hard, throw it outside yourself and seek it. Go to where it takes you.

I think this is really good; it has a lot of emotion in it, and it's relatable to many of us. Also, I know how if feels not to be able to cry and have emotions bottled up.
One thing I'm confused on though, it first goes from saying that you couldn't cry to saying that you were crying in your pillow...was that purposefully??

You can't cry,and eventually the bottled emotions explode,and you can longer harrness the emotions you've been working so hard to control or hide.
