Stuck!

A poem about my emotions and cabin fever from being suck inside for over a month.

Wanting to scream inside,

So much to run from,

so much to hide.

Stuck inside these four walls,

Sick and tired of this cage.

Holding on with all I am.

Screaming inside wanting this to end.

Hating living within this corpse we call 'home'

Hating this life, feeling so alone.

Wanting to get out of this hole..

Where am I?

I'm so alone.

Feeling so forgotten,

Seeing the same faces all the time.

My only friends we talk online.

Hating this separation between me, my lover and my friends.

Wanting to get out,

But this winter won't end.

I can relate to this SO much. But this isn't from me being sick or anything. my mother just keeps me shut up in the house and trys to pick my friends. I sneak around to see them usaually. i hope your able to get out soon!

I'm glad I could make something you can relate too. I'm not stuck in because of being sick, I'm recovering from major surgery. While all my friends go to school or are busy or sick during the day, I do get visitors but its really lonely during the day.

I can relate to this some what...it is hard to be stuck inside and not able to go and see the world or different people. Hope you feel better soon.
