Simple Things

Simple things, 

They make you think,

Like the movement of arms,

So you don't sink.

Or a walk to the store,

To get what you need,

You think it's a bore,

But child, take heed.

It's all the simple things,

That keep us alive,

Those silly simple things,

For which we strive.

The farmer throws a seed,

The seed grows to a crop,

It's all quite simple really,

Yet without it...

Would we simply just stop?

Wow! I think this is the first poem of yours that I have read and reviewing. I like your thinking since you're absolutely right! We don't ever take time to adore the small simply things in life that are what helps make this world still process through. The flow of your words and the rhyming went together very well, I must definitely say. You're an excellent writer I can tell from these word structures. I don't really think that there's a part of this poem that I didn't like. I will read more of your work in the future. Keep writing no matter what you do! We need writers like you in the writing world, with such great philosophy about the world and its movements.
