What does it matter what I say

As long as you can stare at my lips

What does it matter what I do

As long as I look sexy while I do it

What does it matter when I cry

As long as I make up with you

What does it matter if I love you

As long as you get to have me in your arms.

What does it matter if I'm not myself

As long as you like the version I am.

What does it matter if I'm lonely

As long as I feel alone with you beside me

What does it matter if I know for a fact

That this matters and this “love” isn't for me
