Head Still #4

Head Still #4

A Poem by RedPoet
"

A newbie to Buddhism, I have explored aspects of living a happier, more holistic life. A Catholic upbringing has only resulted in a lot of self loathing, something that is harder to budge than thought

"
Throw off all constraint
Allow yourself the knowledge of insight
Search for truth - for feeling
Of being completely good
Not the cultivation of goodness
And what of humility?
Something beyond the tricks of the mind
Have feeling for that something
Live it - be it - embrace it
Leave this space you have relied on
Go out into the river of life
Life carries you where it will
Then these tiny fragments of life
Become your series of moments
Let there be no problem of security
Or of what people say, or don't say
That is the beauty of life
