In answer to your question: I think the structure is fine. If you are not using punctuation (and here you are not), then line breaks have to help. Therefore it is important to have the first line here comprising of just "Love"... and the main breaks at the end of each stanza are in the right place. As a prose poem, there is no need to have strict meter. So, from my point of view, I'd leave it as it is.
