Mother Earth

Mother Earth

A Poem by WindSong

Mother Earth

She etches the beauty of nature

Along the corridor of time.

I am unto her earth

A leaf upon a clinging vine.

I feel her subtle essence

In her gentle breeze.

I touch her ever so softly,

As she brushes across me tenderly.

Breathe in and hold each breath of her scent.

Savor her taste upon the buds of your tongue,

As she thrives in the quiet before dawn

Breathing together as one.

Extraordinary poem!
I love it!
This is pretty much how I feel when I go out and enjoy my backyard in the morning, or afternoon and lastly, evening.

Wow that was so divine... the beautiful imagery was like reading a breath of fresh air.
