Partial to Partiality

Partial to Partiality

A Poem by BruceJackson
"

This puts a different spin on being partial.

"

I have to admit it now.

I have to admit it somehow.

I have to admit that the problem is with me.

I am admittedly unfair.

It's not that I don't care.

I have a problem with partiality.

I have sought help for this.

Yet, it doesn't ruin my bliss.

For me, it remains a reality.

I am partial to being so.

I am convinced that this is so.

I say this without regret.

Friends do not say so.

They seem to let it go.

Alas, I live on and forget.

These days it seems to be a flaw.

It doesn't seem against any law.

I simply have to live with me.
