Necklace of the Mouse

Necklace of the Mouse

A Poem by Vria P Crow
"

"I am among the weakest arts..."

"

I am among the weakest arts
a worn canvas of conventional prospects
scribbled with limp hands skipping several beats
misusing the crude plastic bottles disfigured for amusement
recycled into cheap beads pulled through pink yarn necklaces
worn around praising necks who conceal bulky crafts under wraps
scurrying along creaking floor boards as mischievous mice that climb
into bountiful waste baskets filled with fecal delicacies soaking paper plates.

Dear WritersCafe,

I am not sure why I choose this song. This is just what I have been listening to :)

Sincerely,
Veronica
