Echoes From Death Row

Echoes From Death Row

A Poem by Jerome F Knox III pseudonym Nefarious J. Dorsey

You know
You know
I've been
Sitting on death row
A long time
Along time
Been thinking
Bend thinking
About my crimes
About my crimes
Time I make my peace
Tyme I make my piece
Again and again
And again
Again once more
Which door am I
Knocking on
Knox-en on
Last name I was
Given, given
Eyes forgiven
I's forgiven
Ides four given
iiiiiiiiiiiiii forgiven
For what I've done
Done and
What I become, become
Amends
Amongst men
Amen

it would be like this i am sure....or pretty close to it.

i like the play on words.
isn't it odd that you can make amends, but not one amend?

interesting perspective you take on here.
